Are Life Coaching sessions confidential?Everything we talk about is 100% confidential and unless you tell someone that we are working together (or give me your express permission to do so) no one will know that we have spoken. I am ethically obligated to keep all sessions confidential.

What results can you expect?Results are personal and depend on your commitment and willingness to follow the action plans we set together. Clients often experience an improved ability to tackle obstacles and achieve their goals through specific plans of action and my continued support. With my guidance, you'll discover new alternatives and approaches to reach your desired outcomes, with increased awareness of available choices. I provide structure, support, feedback, and hold you accountable. With a commitment to the coaching sessions, most clients can define and achieve their personal and professional goals faster and easier.

How many sessions will you need?The number of sessions depends on what you want to achieve with coaching. You should benefit from each session. If your goals are more complex, the minimum commitment is generally three months of coaching. This can be discussed in more detail during your free consultation. There are no hard and fast rules.
