Frequently asked questions
As a Life Coach, I empower you to set goals and establish accountability for personal and professional success. I guide you as you articulate your aspirations, clarify the choices before you and create action plans to achieve your goals. You set the agenda, and I serve as an objective sounding board to help keep you focused and on track. Through teaching and guidance, and sometimes objective advice, I help you break through old barriers and develop new practices so you can reach your desired goals.
Hiring a Life Coach can be a transformative step in navigating life's changes and challenges. I specialize in supporting professional women—attorneys, entrepreneurs, and those seeking meaningful change. Whether you're facing a major decision, going through a transition like divorce or career changes, feeling stuck, or ready to take control of your life, a Life Coach serves as your personal cheerleader and support system, without any judgment. For more information, visit my website or connect with me on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Although Life Coaching and Therapy can complement each other, life coaching is not therapy. Together, through coaching, we develop strategic actions to help you move forward. Coaching does not attempt to explain behaviors, delve into your past or identify pathology. The focus is on the present and the future. Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client.
Before you can go anywhere, you have to know where you are starting. I will send you forms to help clarify your needs and goals. Typically, each session starts with me asking how your week went and discussing any achievements or successes. You usually set the agenda for the session, with my guidance if needed. I will then guide you by asking questions, and together we will set the next steps and assignments for the week. Each session typically lasts one hour.
